I love this ring! I call it my vintage "Racer Ring" because it reminds me of the checkered flag in auto racing. It is silver-tone and has alternating onyx and white crystals on the front. It is very thick on the top. The top, from the band to the end of the front crystal, measures approximately 3/8". Although it looks as if it would be very heavy, it is not. It only weighs ½ ounce.
