About Us
Diana Thompson has been designing and creating beaded jewelry for over 10 years. She started Bee's Knees Designs about 7 years ago and has sold her jewelry through various venues such as home parties, art festivals in Northern California, and small boutiques.
She works with quality components such as artisan lampwork glass beads, natural and semi-precious stones, fresh water pearls, Swarovski crystals and sterling silver,vermeil (sterling silver coated in 24k gold) or gold-filled findings.
Diana's eye for color and creativity have earned her many compliments from her customers as she strives to create items that are both unique and appealing. Diana guarantees a customer's satisfaction with their purchase and will work with them on sizing and custom designs. She has worked with several brides in creating jewelry for themselves and their wedding parties.
My Ruby Plaza Shop, BKD on the Plaza, will contain the same quality, handcrafted jewelry my Ruby Lane shop has become known for. In addition, I will be carrying a variety of items such as jewelry components, collectibles, home decor items and other handcrafted pieces. When I find a bargain at the designer outlets, I will pass them along to my customers as well. I have shopped the Coach Factory Store for bags and accessories, so keep an eye out for those occasional bargains.
