This butterfly brooch is signed Jay Strongwater (which was changed from Jay Feinberg) in 1990. His jewelry was produced from 1982 until 1999. This brooch has an antique silver finish. Surrounding an oval black cabochon are diamante rhinestones. The antique silver tone finish is in excellent condition with no wear to the back. This pretty brooch measures 2" x 3 3/4" long. signed on the back.

Korda Thief Of Bagdad produced by the Rice-Weiner Co. to promote director Alexander Korda's movie, Thief of Bagdad jewelry is c.1940. This oblong brooch has a beautiful gold tone setting embellished with jewel tone teardrops and navettes in amethyst, sapphire blue, ruby red and emerald green. Four creamy white synthetic pearls and blue enameling complete the setting. The brooch is signed on the back and measures 1-3/4" X 3-1/4 inches wide. Plating, enamel and stones are impeccable.
