There are no marks, or stickers, on this miniature, bisque doll to indicate where, when, or by whom she was made. She doesn't seem that old to me....probably 1980's-90's. BUT, she's cute as a bug's ear in her molder winter hat, blue coat, and muff to keep her hands warm. Her legs are hinged with cord, then there is a drop of glue on each knot.
