Circa 1990, here are two large, great looking pairs of silver earrings that have French wires, for pierced ears. The "Man in the Moon" pair is heavy, high quality, and accented with sparkling marcasite stones. Each is stamped on the back, ".925". The moons are 1&5/8 inch tall, and the overall length, when worn, is 2&1/4 inches. The other pair is unmarked, and I don't believe that they are sterling.
