This vintage golden metal frog loop buckle has a black fabric stretch belt. It has a gold metal oval with the facsimile of cording look on it and curled ends attached to what appears to be heart shape pieces of smooth leather. The buckle of one end of the belt must be tipped into the other and straightened so the belt is hooked on your body. There is a particular way they must be looped which is right into left.
