This wall plate is really quite interesting. The front is a stamped gilded gold pattern on a piece of what feels like leather. It is a rust colored light brown. The pattern is an expanding star pattern from the center out with various design shapes. It is rolled over the shape of the plate and anchored on the back edge. The piece is 10 ¾ inches wide.
