For your consideration is this wonderful vintage red straw hat with bluish-purple 3-dimensional woven straw flower and a straw woven band. The label reads 100% straw and size one. The inside brim measures 22" and is made of red grosgrain ribbon. This hat is in very good condition and is a bucket hat from the late 50s or early 60s. This lovely vintage red wool hat came from an estate that had a large collection of hats. The lady with the sale told me that her mother collected hats but rarely wore them. In 1919, Phillip Miller, a traveling hat salesman, established Miller Western Hats in downtown Denver, Colorado. This catalog store operated until 1980 when it was acquired by another company.
