For your consideration is this lovely layered crystal rhinestone brooch, signed "KRAMER". The quality of the heavily faceted stones gives off a brilliant sparkle. Each stone is 1/4" in diameter and there are 33 of them. All are prong set for safety. The back of the brooch is rhodium plated and has the signature on the very bottom.
