One of the many classic puffy heart designs featuring a shamrock, or lucky 4-leaf clover. Very nice scroll work on the border. Vein detailing on the leaves. Measures 9/16 inch wide by 5/8 inch tall. The name "ANNE" is hand-scratched onto the reverse. Stamped sterling as shown in photo.
