This lovely 12 ½ by 9 ½" book is called Pick-A-Poem A Picture Play-Book , #1005. It is from the Children's Press, Inc. Chicago, 1946. The illustrations are beautiful and the color is intense. The book is in good condition. The spine and the edges have rubbings, but there are no distracting issues at all. Each page has a picture and a poem about that picture. There is nice illuminations on each page too. There are twelve colored pages. Just a lovely little book.

Great pages for projects! Here is a cute little picture book with 10 pages of wonderfully illustrated pages. It was published by Samuel Lowe Company in 1949. The pages are thick paper/cloth like, but not exactly linen, like some of the old books from this era. I would say the condition is good, staples in place and holding.
