Presented is a very nice old plate that has the flow blue edge and gold trim. It measures about 9 1/2" in diameter. The edge is scalloped and has a slightly raised design that is repeated 6 times. Backstamped Celebrate. Probably dates to 1900-1910 era. Gold is worn , but this is typical of dinnerware from this era. Spatters of blue can be seen on both sides of the plate.
