This cute little girl, with a mustard colored dress and scarf and holding a little black dog is a California piece made by Metlox, number 715 159. It was designed by Helen Slater for the Poppytrail Artware Division of Metlox. Little figures like Colleen are from the 60's and 70's and are flower holders and planters.
