Here's a nice silver souvenir spoon from the Netherlands with a traditional porcelain Dutch shoe with a blue Delft design on the finial and a fancy braided design on the stem. The bowl has a repousse' design with a Dutch windmill. Spoon is marked Made in Holland along with a "B". Not marked as to metal content.
