A nice example of early mid 19th Century transferware made by T. Goodfellow. The dark black/mulberry cup and saucer bear romantic scenes of castles and gardens. Delightful to use and perfect for display. English, Circa 1830 Measurements; cup, 2 3/4" high x 3 1/4" at top opening, saucer; 5 7/8" Condition; very good considering age and use. A few dark spots. A Limoges tea cup and saucer with small blue, pink and lilac flowers. Raised white enamel highlights the flowers and the edges of the set has been given a lovely gilt wash.
