Nice lined skirt, predominantly in different red and black fabric patterns, made by NOTATIONS of 100% polyester shell and black lining. It is marked as XL or Extra Large. It stretches at the waist with elastic, it measures without stretching 36" all around it. It comes with a pretty 78" long Sash to use as a belt or as a scarf. It is 38" long from waist to hemline. This was a factory sample.
