Wonderful sterling silver and gemstone heart necklace. We think the stone is carnelian. The heart is approx 15/16 by 15/16 inch. The chain is approx 17 1/2 inches long. The clasp is a very stylish bar with two tiny gemstones set in the ends. It is approx 1 inch long. The piece is marked Sterling and K C T. It weighs approx 25 grams on my postal scale.
