Return Policy
This shop's Return Policy:
* In the following cases, please contact me by email within 7 days of delivery of your item to arrange for its return and a refund.
* The delivered item is obviously different from the listed one you purchased.
* The item has any defect or flaw which is not described in the listing.
(This policy doesn't apply to the imperfection which is due to being handmade.)
* I respond you within 2 days.
* You ship the item back to me within 3 days of my response.
* The item must be returned via the original carrier, in its original packaging, insured for its purchased price, and must be received in the same condition as when it was shipped to you with my shop's tags, labels and identifying marks intact.
* The item must be shipped back with tracking number and a delivery receipt is required.
* After I verify the returned item is as originally sent, I refund the purchased price, shipping and insurance, and return shipping and insurance by Pay Pal or bank transfer within 3 days.
* If the same model as you purchase is available, and you prefer exchange for it to refund, please contact me by email within 7 days of delivery. If the same model is in stock, I ship it within 3 business days. If it is not in stock, I let you know the appointed date of delivery within 3 business days.
I pay for shipping and insurance for the substitute.
