The only writing in the book is the previous owner's name under belong to. The outside of book is browned with age. The inside pages all through the book have age spots and stains.

It is approx. 11" long by 11 1/2" tall by 8" wide and is marked(C)74Fisher Price Toy, East Aurora N.Y., Made In U.S.A., Pat Pending on the drop down door. Also it is marked Play Family A Frame 990 on the outside of the house and also on the inside. It is in good condition. There are some black spots on the inside door and the decal on the inside, which you can see it in the pictures.
