Cottage Style decorating is a look that is cozy and comfortable. By blending a variety of new and old furniture and accessories you can create a homey atmosphere that reflects your own personal taste. Cottage Style is not too formal or stuffy and welcomes everyone to relax and feel at ease.

When you hear the word, "cottage", what comes to mind? It may be an old English cottage in a countryside setting or a small house with a picket fence and shutters. Cottage Style is this and much more! Most of us like a variety of interior decorating styles and Cottage Style can include all of them. For instance, I love Traditional...but I also love Primitive...but I also like some Modern metal accessories, plus, I collect antique Blue Willow China and vintage cobalt blue art glass. My Cottage Style look allows me to blend all of these and create a look that is totally my own!

As a member of the Ruby Lane family of online shops, I have been selling online with Ruby Lane exclusively since 2002.
