Here we have a very nice camel back or dome back trunk. Trunks of this style date from 1870's to 1920's. This trunk is made of wood and covered in zink. It has solid wood staves or slats wrapping the top and circumference of the trunk. This trunk has very pretty floral medallions made of metal at each slat joint. There are 3 latches on the front to hold the trunk shut during transport. The zink is painted a pale blue and the interior is lined in a pale pink paper.
