This is a brass medallion necklace. The medallion attached to the chain also can be worn as a brooch or pin since it has a pin on the back as well as the loop for the chain. On the front it has what looks like small turquoise and coral stones. If you look closely you can see one is missing on the second to the bottom row on the left. They are very tiny so it is hard to notice. The chain is 20 inches long and the medallion itself is about 4 & 3/4 inches long(including the dangles) by about 3 & 1 ...
