Welcome to DecAura Flagship Shop on Ruby Plaza. I also have an exclusive gold level shop, Remtique, on Ruby Lane, established in 2007, and where I keep a small but special selection of my antiques & vintage collectibles.
I pledge the same standard of excellent service to my Ruby Plaza Customers. Your patronage is valued. I try to price my items fairly based on my costs plus their value, but am always willing to consider all reasonable offers. Layaway and combined shipping discounts are available. I am available for personal customer service by phone at 407-405-1406 from 10am-8pm EST and respond promptly to emails.

All of my items are carefully researched for presentation online, and I guarantee my inventory to be as described and original.

It is always my pleasure to help you find items you are looking for, which I may already have in my collection not yet listed online, or may be able to locate via the large network of antique and vintage collectible sellers that I belong to.
I do provide personalized shopping for gift registries, collectors, decorators and designers.

Return Policy
This shop's Return Policy:
I do value your patronage and your satisfaction with your purchase, so please CONTACT me *immediately* if there is a problem, and I will always try to reasonably work it out. I am very careful to accurately describe my items and so generally *only accept returns with monetary refunds *if I have inaccurately described the article. ALL other returns are available with shop credits, which can be used in either my Ruby Lane or Ruby Plaza shop. Before shipping back to me, please first contact me for return instructions. Items must be postmarked for return within 3 days of receipt, as shown by delivery confirmation. Return shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility, unless otherwise arranged. (Please see 15% restocking clause below) Please also contact us in the unlikely event that your item is damaged in shipping for insurance claim detail. Do not send a shipping damaged item back to me as that will invalidate the insurance claim! I will help you file the paperwork, but the item must remain in your possession for claim to be validated.
