On a bright silver toned frame, this Tarina Tarantino butterfly barrette is spectacular and as she says can be worn anywhere - you purse, clothing, or hair! It is discontinued so no longer available. The company started in about 1996 so this may be one of the earlier pieces and could account for the fact that it is selling for more than the original price.
