Offered is a pair of Castlewynd ceramic animal figurines made in Scotland. A Ram and a Highland Shaggy Cow. The Ram measures 2-1/2" L by 1-3/4" T and the Cow measures 3-3/4" L by 2-3/4" T. Here is an interesting vase with a Mexican/Aztec influence. The vase is handpainted, but unsigned. The design in terracotta, black, sand and white colors are pleasing to the eye with a folky tribal-like feel to it. The design on front is somewhat delicately done; it is of a bird; could be significant but I am not all that familiar with this sort of pottery.
