No returns are accepted unless material of item is found to be not as listed (gold is not gold, jade is not jade, etc.) by the Geological Institute of America (Los Angeles/New York) Such written certification must be received within 15 days of carriers stated delivery date along with item in condition as it was shipped. Refund excluding postage/insurance will be made after verification of GIA certification and item is in original shipment condition.
