Vintage Hat Black White Cut Velvet 1960s. With some help from Vintage Fashion Guild members this is from middle 1960s. It has a union label. The white is a satin type fabric with the cut velvet pretty design. A 2.0 inch grosgrain ribbon goes around the hat as shown and the brim if velvet with a wire for stiffness. Satin lined inside.
