Valentine Mechanical 1943 Bigeyed Boy Hat. Valentine from 1943 that is mechanical. I got my eye on you my Valentine is what the saying says and the boys green checked hat goes up and down. No writing on back but the 1943 in light pencil that can be erased easily. A-MerI-Card Made in USA P-202 is marked, as is maker also in back. I believe this card can also stand up by slot on bottom.
