Vintage Platter Transferware Turkey. Turkey transferware large platter. Set a fine Holiday table with this as the centerpiece this year. In near mint condition on this large 11.75 inches tall by 16.0 inches wide platter. Marked Made in Japan on back. Multi coloring of blue, brown, white, and burgundy with a background that includes fruit, woodland plants and a farmhouse. A few small scratches but with no crazing, cracks or chips and in marvelous condition.

Floral platter I bought at an English estate auction. If you look close at the green triangle with black rose mark you will see another mark under it. I have been told this may come from the Rosenthal company or Continental and this is done sometimes but do not know for sure. It does look alot like the Rosenthal pattern Duquesne.
