$17 USDLJM Enameled Apple with Worm Brooch

This Canadian-made pin has a cheery yellow apple, complete with a gold-tone worm looking for a way in. Marked 'LJM' on the back, for Laurentian Jewellery Manufacturing, the brooch has green leaves and green highlights around the edge. We find the enamel in wonderful condition on the front, with next to no wear at all. The only thing we can say is wrong with the pin is that the pin-back is wobbly, but still firmly riveted.
