This 2 1/2 quart covered casserole was made by Pyrex in this promotional pattern ''Cosmopolitan''. The design mimics the coils of a hot plate. Some, maybe all, of these were sold with a Salton Hot plate. The pattern design and color scheme are modern and sophisticated, very cosmopolitan. The bottom is marked Pyrex and 1 1/2 quart. Bake it and serve it in the same dish than store the leftovers in the frig.
