This covered butter dish would hold a quarter pound stick. Done in the Franciscan ''Ivy II'' pattern it was made in England. It's slightly different than the ''Ivy'' pattern, but works well with the pieces made in the USA. An Ivy vine surrounds the cover and a green painted edge rims the dish. the bottom is marked ''Made in england.'' i have other ''Ivy'' pie e available in my shop.
