This small 11'' tray has a high rim, like a beverage tray. An ''atomic'' starburst is at the center of this piece, as it is on so many other Mirro Medallion pieces. There are a few scratches on this 50+ year old tray from the late 50's, 1958-60. I have other medallion pieces available in my shop. The Mirro Medallion line has wonderful ''space age' elements. Spun aluminum, so flying saucer like, has an ''atomic'' sunburst design at the center and teak, so 50's chic, handles. a 17 1/2'' x 9 3/4'' tray could graciously serve a crowd. it's in very good condition. This is a large 17'' diameter tray with teak handles. The use of aluminum and teak is classic 50's ''modern''. The Medallion line from Mirro was only produced from 1958-60. Spun aluminum would compliment any table scape. This 16'' x 12 1/2'' oval tray has ''atomic'' Starbursts at either end. The shape and use of material are a testimonial to the passion for all things other worldly, flying saucers, in the late 50's when these pieces were produced.
