This is a pretty little heart pin decked with a blue topaz. There's an interesting mark on the back, a circle divided into quarters with the letters M or W. It's also stamped Sterling. Wider, 1 7/8", than tall, 1 9/16", this heart has a pear shaped, bezel set topaz. The piece is slightly convex. This mirror bright piece is in excellent condition.
