Post marked St. Louis, MO in 1910 this embossed Holly & Berry "Christmas Greetings" picture postcard was published by the International Art Co. It is part of their Series No. 1051. A scenic view of a village snow scene is displayed within an oval window. The card is in very near Mint Condition as circulated. There are no bends, creases, or tears and the corners are in great condition. On close examination and the camera's magnification, a few scuffs to the scenic view can be noted. This early 20th century postcard was made with a ribbon attachment. With the ribbon attachment the card was made with two layers so that the back does not reveal the ribbon leaving room for the full message. On the back, the card has a short "To" and "From" in calligraphy writing and was likely given as a gift or used as a gift tag.
