This black raised velvet cape with red lining may be intended for a doll or an Infant of Prague Statue. The cape is 15 inches long and 40 inches in width of 5 sections. The neck measures 8 inches. There are no armholes which led me to check out the statue possibility. The red lining, which may be silk, is quite frayed. The black outer fabric has a raised velvet floral design of black on black.
