This wedding dress was purchased in 1991.This was the year Dick Cantrell founded the Jovani Couture Designs known for their superior quality and designs. The off white colored mermaid dress is perfect for a second wedding. The top part of the dress is lined and covered with a flower design lace. There is a border of lace at the bottom of the lace connecting to the three rows of chiffon skirt.There are iridescent sequins and faux pearls on the flowers of this border lace.
