The copyright is 1972 I found this book to be very informative and entertaining Especially enjoyable were the everyday life events during that era. Quotes from the Queen are frequently shared throughout the book In used vintage condition. There is some yellowing on top of a few pages.

The first copyright for this book was back in 1916. This book is the 68th printing and was printed in 1978. There is a list of all Rhymes and a list of first lines in the front of the book. The beautiful illustrations were created in 1916 by Blanche Fisher Wright. My own children enjoyed the rhymes at bedtime when they were little. They still remember those special quiet moments. There is one worn spot in the upper right hand corner of the cover otherwise in good vintage condition.
