I believe this hand wrought chopper is from the 1800's. There are no marks on this primitive utensil. The wooden handle is 4 1/2 inches across and the height is 6 1/2 inches. The metal stem appears to be cast iron. The blade edge is fairly sharp. There is a small spot of paint on the handle edge and the blade needs to be cleaned up a bit. The chopper as is and has had no restoration. They certainly don't make utensils like this today to last a lifetime and more. A great piece to display.| Items 1 - 1 of 1 | Page 1 of 1 |
