This tin opener has lasted for over 100 years and is still sturdy enough to open a large can. On the wooden handle is marked Newey & Sons and Kleerout. The blade is also marked. The cutting blades appear to have had a lever like affect when using. I did not try to force the blades open. This has not been used for decades. The opener measures 6 1/4 inches long.
