I have used the hot water test and the 409 test with no positive results for Bakelite. I believe this bracelet must have been made with opaque Lucite back in the mid 20th century. The bracelet is very smooth on the inside and has a dome diamond pattern on the visible side of the bracelet. The bracelet is 1 2/8 inch wide and a 8 inch opening. The bracelet has been in my safe keeping for over 40 years. I have worn this very little and remains in good vintage condition.
