Wonderful little vanity jar that is now empty of its original contents. This piece was from Andre Richards Company and the content of this piece was Lavender from France to create sachets circa 1950s - Early 1960s. It is in good condition with no nicks, chips or cracks. It does have its original tag but it is torn where the sting is. The bottom has a red and gold Richard Japan sticker.

Very Pretty powder jar by an unknown maker. This piece is a simple but elegant design of a footed glass bottom that has a fired on golden yellow color on the inside of the bottom and the top has an engraved leaf accent with black enamel and gold gilt. It is approximately 4 1/2 inches in diameter, 1 3/8 inches tall without the lid, and with the lid the tallest point is 2 1/2 inches with the lid on and the gilt is approximately 70% intact.
