I believe it is from the 1930's or 1940's due to the style and it was found in a box with other patterns from the 1930's and 40's but I could not find a date on the pattern. The pattern No. is 430 and has15 pieces. It is a size 18 with 36 Bust and 39 Hip measurements. It has all the instructions for making the dress plus material required to make just the blouse or skirt separately. The pattern is in mint condition and has never been opened.
