This is a really cute Girl holding a garden spade and some type of vegetables. It is marked Ucagco Ceramics Japan; the original paper label is still on the bottom. I believe these were made between 1942 and 1952. Ucagco made these figurines to look like Hummel figurines. She looks hand painted in orange and turquoise pastel colors and has some areas that they missed with the paint; this was in the making and not chipped areas.
