This is a handcrafted, hand painted frame with elements of decoupage, hand painting and embellishments of ribbons, paint, vintage images, etc. It is an 8" x 10" blue wooden frame (with glass) with stars and floral motif and states "twinkle twinkle" on the bottom with a vintage little girl upon a sheet of music. Ribbon bows and ties hang make this sweet frame ready to insert a 5x7 image and hang upon a wall. Very sweet and pretty. Will go well in a "shabby chic" room.
