This is an unorthodox pairing. Aqua & gold cylinder glass by David Douglas and Co. This hurricane lamp is signed and in perfect condition. Pretty rare as they were produced for approximately one year only 1961 - 1962. This one is 8" and has a 3" diameter. The bottom is signed "David Douglas, Flame Proof". It's priced lower than normal as I don't have the gold tone metal base. (Based on description page 49, China Third Edition Margaret & Kenn Whitmyer).
