Beyond Beautiful! This hand painted portrait is painted on porcelain that is probably limoges. It is encased in a large goldtone cage mounting surrounded with miniature black rhinestones. Signed Wagner in oval cartouche on back. Cameo measures 2 3/4" x 2 1/2". Goldtone twisted chain measures 27". Great Condition.
