A delightful child's miniature version of a sauce boat from the second half of the 19thC, moulded in relief with overlapping leaves and decorated under the glaze with a blue transfer print of the Humphrey's Clock pattern inspired by series of stories published as a weekly periodical, written and edited by the famous Victorian writer, Charles Dickens.
