This piece was bought from same estate as the Pink Pendant in 1980's. The piece is not marked but Filigree was widely made in Holland where this lady came from at the turn of the century. The piece looks lovely on a silver chain, hanging length at brooch pen in back. The purple stone is most likely glass and is not scratched.
