METHODS OF PAYMENT, SHIPPING & PACKING



We accept credit card payments through Paypal. An account is not needed to use their service and it is free for you to use. We accept money orders in USD and checks drawn from a domestic bank in USD.

We ship within 24 hours of receiving a secure payment such as a Money Order or Paypal. We ship the same day as long as a secure payment is received before 12 pm EST, Monday through Friday. Items paid for on Saturday and after 12 noon EST on Fridays, will ship the following Monday or Tuesday if Monday is a National Holiday.

We package our items with tissue paper, bubble wrap, and Styrofoam popcorn. We use quality boxes for our finer pieces of jewelry. We Never charge a handling fee only the actual cost to ship an item to you.

WISH LIST & SUBSCRIBING TO OUR SHOP



If you like something put it on your wish list. If it goes on sale you'll be the first to know. If you would like to know when things are added by the day, week, or month please Subscribe to our shop and then choose when to receive an update by email.

You can find the subscribe link to your upper left and the Add To Your Wish List at the top of every page. There is even a link to let a friend know about items you think they might like.

Your information is confidential so we are not able to see who has an item on a wish list or who subscribes to our shop. Ruby Plaza sends out updated emails for all shops.

LAYAWAY



There is no charge to put items on layaway. The total cost, with shipping & insurance, is divided up equally between two to six months.

We accept all payments for layaway, credit cards accepted through Paypal, just as we do an immediate purchase. We will send you a reminder and invoice when your payment is due, you can choose the date of the month that is more convenient for you. The first payment is due when your purchase is made.

We will update each payment so you are able to check the balance at any time by going to My Account under purchase orders. We ship your order once the last cleared payment is made.
